Karon beach, Phuket, Karon

📍 Thailand | 🗓 Excursion Season | 📅 02.03.2017 — 14.03.2017
Private tour: 3.7 $
A lot has been written about the good, I’m talking about the bad. The first thing that greets a tourist is a beach strewn with cones, cigarette butts, polytilene, lids, etc. The beach is not cleaned even near the sunbeds (prices for which are European - 200 baht per pair with an umbrella). It looks like tourists are just trampling garbage into the sand. Tourists may have taken out the trash, but where? I found a trash can just by the road (the taxi service, by the way, is still those bugs). I couldn’t find a shower, it’s good that my hotel is located on the road - I went there, I went there for coconuts for 60 baht, on the beach - for 80 baht. Swimming underwater on this beach is extreme, hold your breath for 30 seconds, and there may be a scooter above you. For the parachutist to take off, the runway is cleared on the water, and these parachute points are cleared along the beach like dirt. In short, the Thais are also environmentalists. They created a bunch of national parks, and then they themselves shit in them (salary and all that). The only thing that made me happy was the exercise equipment installed on the beach near the road.
