Restaurant Barrio Bonito, Koh Chang

As not an expert in Mexican cuisine, I can evaluate the restaurant only from the point of view of taste sensations. I love spicy and hot dishes (with smoke :-). Not all the dishes here fully meet my criteria, but there is plenty to choose from, enough for a couple of evenings of tasting. In the evenings the restaurant is crowded, but despite this we found a free table even without a reservation. It’s very strange, but visitors don’t sit at the tables for a long time, it’s very noisy and not cozy. The order is delivered almost at lightning speed, you eat it and want to leave quickly. Thanks to this, tables are freed up very quickly; in Thai restaurants we usually wait quite a long time. I have no complaints about the food, but I do have complaints about the atmosphere. Although for the restaurant owners, a large turnover of visitors during the evening is only a plus.
