Galle fort, Galle city

I’ll say right away that I’m not a history buff; only boredom or bad weather can drag me into such a place. Because I consider it blasphemous to waste time relaxing by the ocean on yet another wall with towers, especially since this fortress is not unique, the colonialists built them in their image and likeness. Since boredom and bad weather happen on vacation, I visited this fort three times. I don’t recommend going here in sunny weather; you can only hide in souvenir shops or restaurants, and this, you know, is a waste (meaningless souvenirs). What is more interesting on the territory is not the past, but the present. For example, there is a court on the territory. An interesting sight, intercessors, important lawyers. For Sri Lankans, these are not historical values, but simply buildings. Decide for yourself, we ordered a tuk-tuk in two hours, it was enough for us.
