If you are looking for a good hookah, then this place is for you. Year after year we come here, I order tartare, a cocktail and a hookah... and we have a great time. Tables are always booked, but they always find us a table for 3 hours, which is quite enough. The service is at a high level and has not changed over the years... in my opinion this is good consistency.
