Lake Ritsa, Abkhazia

A visiting card of Abkhazia, a pearl in the mountains. It has been a place of pilgrimage since Soviet times, with stunning views from the observation deck. No wonder Stalin’s dacha was here. Mountain clean air and tranquility are what makes this place unique. I was there in October 1976 (I’m almost 5 years old), I don’t remember anything :-), but it’s nice to look at the photographs of those years, I hope nothing has changed for the worse.
