Algiers city, Algeria

📍 Algeria | 🗓 | 📅 01.01.2022 — 24.02.2022
What can I say..., I think Arabs are the most unfriendly and lazy people. It is clear that I ended up in the capital of Algeria, Algiers (cognac - Cognac :-) not on a tourist mission..., cargo was brought here on a ship in 1991, but we were here for a couple of days. This is how I saw for the first time the “efficiency” of the Arab loaders, apparently they had learned from the French (they didn’t want to unload our cargo in Marseille before - it was hard for them :-). The first time I tried to go into the city, I was detained (they found a blot on my pass), but it was scary when they put you in a UAZ with bars and drive you in an unknown direction. On the second attempt, I still managed to walk around this “glorious” city, patrols, machine gunners at government agencies, and the merchants were scamming Arabs in their own spirit (slips for 10 bucks :-(. Knowing the hospitality of the locals, I didn’t want to take pictures, so they took pictures of themselves :-) It’s still difficult for me to imagine a tourist boom in this country... and in my opinion they don’t want to. Although, of course, if you compare it with a vacation on the coast of the Azov Sea, then everything is super :-)
