What can we say about this city now... all the best is in the past. The peak of development is 1980, the Olympic flame is carried through the city, the city is at the crossroads of all roads from west to east. Roads, parks, factories - all this was built under the USSR. Now the regional center has remained aloof from international routes. The bazaar is logically approaching its civilizational end. A city without a future:-(
