There is a fairly large area on which the houses are located (can be rented), as well as a swimming pool with a bar-restaurant. Mostly Khmelnytsky residents come here for the day to soak up the sun and swim in the pool. There are a lot of people on weekends and holidays, so be prepared for a noisy crowd. If you come with a group or children, it’s even fun :-)
